Where is my order?
Every order gets a confirmation email, and a tracking link from the courier once it ships. You can also see everything in your account.
Ordered as a guest? Message us your order number and we will check it for you.
- Cash on deliveryUnder Rs 100,000 pay the courier in full. Above that, 50% advance and 50% on delivery.

Check the phone with the rider present, then pay the cash on delivery amount.
Yes. Open the parcel with the rider there and check the phone is the right model and undamaged. If something is wrong, refuse the delivery.
Orders above Rs 100,000 need a 50% advance by bank transfer to confirm the order. The remaining 50% is paid in cash on delivery. Orders below Rs 100,000 are fully cash on delivery.

The courier usually tries again the next working day and will call first. If they cannot reach you the parcel comes back to us and we will contact you.
